RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Since our pieces are handmade on demand, there is no option of refund.
However, we do accept returns in order to amend the garment, if necessary, so that it fits you perfectly. Replacements concern the same codes and the delivery fees for them are charged on the customer.
For the return to be accepted so that amendments can be made, the piece must be in the condition that was originally sent by our company, the package and the labels must be kept intact, while the same goes for the garment
certificate of authenticity with the unique serial number of each piece. Please ensure that the legal deadline of 14 days from the day you physically receive the product has not passed. Returns which do not fulfill the above, will be sent back and charged on the sender.
